To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing on behalf of Miss Sydney Zuke, senior at Western High School. I have the pleasure of
teaching Sydney in my Advanced Placement Psychology course. In my time with Sydney, I am learning
numerous traits about her. Sydney possesses dedication to education, demonstrates respect and positive
interaction with others, as well as has an intellectual thirst for knowledge.

In having the opportunity to watch Sydney mature and grow throughout the year, I have witnessed many
traits, one being her excellent dedication to education. Sydney challenged herself with a difficult
schedule, taking AP Psychology, upper level core classes, as well as dual enrolling in college courses;
her focus on education is obvious.

In addition to her dedication to education, Sydneys interaction with others is always done with respect.
She treats me with respect and I observe as she interacts with others and the same kindness is witnessed.

Sydneys academic dedication and interaction with others are two powerful traits, yet it is her
intellectual curiosity I truly enjoy. As an educator, my students constantly motivate me to learn more,
try new technology, be adventurous with learning. As expected this is difficult to do and have a positive
reaction with students. However, Sydney is different. During AP Psychology, Sydney devours our
lectures, class discussions and is an avid reader of our textbook, thus always understanding the course
and its complexities.

As someone with a strong work ethic, Sydney stays on top of her studies and completes all tasks placed
in front of her. I recognize her success and am confident she will achieve her educational objectives.

I am honored to have been a part of Sydneys learning and declare her an outstanding candidate for your
scholarship.
