A. OBIECTIVELE DISCIPLINEI (Obiectivele sunt formulate n termeni de competene


profesionale)

Obiectivul principal al cursului il constituie familiarizarea studenilor cu principalele


paradigme si teorii sociologice despre organizaii i dobndirea abilitilor necesare
analizei fenomenelor organizaionale contemporane. Cursul urmareste insusirea unor
concepte analitice fundamentale in sociologia organizaional i diferentierea intre
diferitele paradigme de analiz. Trei studii de caz ofer posibilitatea discutrii att a
teoretizrilor clasice legate de pia, birocraie/stat i reele ca principale forme de
coordonare a activitii umane ct i a problematizrilor contemporane pe aceste
teme. In cadrul seminariilor se va urmari in primul rand construirea i stpnirea unui
instrumentar conceptual complex, precum i dezvoltarea abilitilor de analiz i
argumentare critic. Seminarul urmrete de asemenea familiarizarea studenilor cu
regulile i rigorile scrierii academice, punndu-se accent deosebit att pe prezentarea
acestor reguli, ct i pe oferirea de feedback pe texte scrise de ei.
