7.- Modelo de planificacin a largo plazo.
A diferencia de los nios, las nias presentan el PHV antes que ellos, pero
como se puede ver en el modelo especfico de nias, los factores a entrenar y
la importancia de los mismos es similar en ambos con la salvedad de que en
las nias se adelanta la edad del PHV en unos dos aos aproximadamente.
Es por ello que no hay que diferenciar entre las propuestas a nios y nias, con
las lgicas salvedades, y programar los mismos factores de entrenabilidad a
ambos sexos, ya que son de suma importancia para el desarrollo atltico y
deportivo posterior.
2.- Los deportistas jvenes con buenos niveles de fuerza estarn mejor
preparados para el aprendizaje de movimientos complejos, tcticas deportivas
y para las demandas a largo plazo referidas al entrenamiento y a la
competicin.
5.- La realizacin de programas de fuerza por los jvenes deportistas debe ser
una constante en el tiempo debido a que los resultados, en cuanto ganancia de
fuerza, no son permanentes en el tiempo si se deja de entrenar dicha cualidad
y tienden a disminuir en ese caso.
6.- Hay que romper con la tradicin que impera acerca del entrenamiento de
fuerza y que nos dice que los nios no tienen la suficiente madurez para
realizar este tipo de entrenamiento cuando la realidad de la evidencia cientfica
ha demostrado que entrenar fuerza en estas etapas es muy positivo para todo
lo relacionado con el crecimiento y la salud de los nios/as en todas sus etapas
de crecimiento y maduracin.
Por otro lado, los nios necesitan una aptitud cardiovascular adecuada para
hacer frente a sus quehaceres diarios, tanto deportivos como no deportivos, ya
que de forma constante estn involucrados en actividades como los juegos en
los que el movimiento es constante y de forma prolongada.
Frecuencia: 6 veces/semana.
En un primer momento:
Modo: HIIT.
Frecuencia: 5 veces/semana.
Modo: HIIT.
Modo: 3x(3-5x5SSGs).
Frecuencia: 2 veces/semana.
A nivel general, seguiremos el concepto Joint by Joint del Gray Cook, en el que
establece que las diferentes articulaciones deben ser, a la vez, estables y
mviles, pero con una mayor necesidad de estabilidad o movilidad
dependiendo de la articulacin, as pues, incidiremos en el trabajo de
movilidad de las siguientes articulaciones: Dedos de pies y manos, tobillo,
cadera (coxo-femoral), raquis dorsal, hombros. Y a nivel de estabilidad en las
siguientes: planta del pie, rodilla, raquis lumbar, escpulas, codos.
Moody hace un repaso a las habilidades motrices que los nios y jvenes
deben realizar si se quieren obtener buenos resultados en su desarrollo
deportivo y atltico, las divide en 8 grupos:
Las evidencias cientficas acerca del trabajo inercial realizado por nios y
jvenes son escasas, sin embargo al tratarse de ejercicios de fuerza, podemos
considerar su introduccin en el entrenamiento de esta poblacin, mxime
cuando participan en deportes competitivos.
Los beneficios que van a obtener los nios del entrenamiento inercial son
similares a los que obtendran los adultos en cuanto a ganancias de fuerza y
seguridad de ejecucin se refiere, pero hay que tener en cuenta que, debido a
la sobrecarga excntrica producida por estos dispositivos, se deben cumplir los
siguientes condicionantes para realizar este tipo de entrenamiento.
