Briefly describe what will happen during the SRS activity
For this activity, I used the tool Socrative to create a multiple choice test. Students have 8 questions to
answer. They will have 3 responses to choose from but only one answer will be correct. The teacher will be
able to assist students if she sees students struggling with the assignment without answering the questions
for them. The materials needed for this assignment is computer access with reliable Wi-Fi. This assignment
shouldnt take students longer than 20 minutes.

Immediate corrective feedback:
Will you pre-select correct answers to some or all of the questions and display correct response to the class
after the SRS activity? Yes No
Why or why not? I will do this because I feel like its important for students to know the correct answer to
incorrect responses so they can learn from it and be more knowledgeable in the future.
Use of data: This assignment could be used as a Pre-Test to assess student knowledge before introducing
the main lesson to students. Doing so could be beneficial to the classroom because having this information
allows the teacher to know what content her students have grasped and what they need work on in the
future.

Describe what will occur after the SRS activity: After completing the SRS activity, students will do
research from approved sources about the 6 historical figures that we have talked about and write down 1 or
2 facts about them. Afterwards, they will share their findings with the class.
Describe your personal learning goal for this activity.
I created a Socrative multiple choice test for students to take. I havent used this tool before so I feel like it
was a fun and new learning experience from me. Im really looking forward to implementing this tool into
my classroom and seeing how students will respond to it.
