The items packaging was found to bear multiple addresses; the directive requires that
the Manufacturer shall indicate their name, registered trade name or registered trade
mark and the address at which they can be contacted on the toy or, where that is not See
possible, on its packaging or in a document accompanying the toy. comments
If multiple addresses appear on the toy and/or its packaging the address which is the
single point of contact for the manufacturer shall be clearly indicated. Designating the
single contact point can be done by underscoring or highlighting the single contact
point or by indicating that "the single contact point according to Directive 2009/48/EC
is"
7.2 Toys Not Intended For Children Under 36 Months
The item, its packaging or accompanying leaflet must be labelled with an appropriate
warning, for example:-
Warning! Not suitable for children under 36 months due to small parts choking See

The packaging and leaflet had the following warning statement Warning: Not suitable
for children under 3 years old and also bore a graphical symbol, however the
graphical age symbol shall still be accompanied with indication of the hazard, i.e. small
parts.
