u Summarize
1. This manual is applicable to Version 1.0.
2. Before uses must guarantee
All PC machine to have the string mouth.

Before opening the driver strings line to meet, when use if not careful will string together the mouth line

to bump, the power failure, l connect the string mouth line.

u Concrete application method


1.COM (connection string mouth):
The driver on the electricity, first must carry on the connection string mouth the operation, clicks on COM, as a

result of the machine difference, the choice string mouth also can be different.

For example: Choice COM1, if the string mouth connects successfully, then demonstrated:

If unsuccessful, Choice COM2, then demonstrated:

Make sure
Accornding to your machine ,you can choose COM1-COM4,construct connection of string mouth.
2.File
Clicks on "File", enters the document tabulate, the parameter tabulates as follows:

Save To EEPROMthe file parameter saves to EEProm

(1)Save To EEPROM

the file parameter saves to EEProm success show.

If is defeated demonstrated (2)Parameters UpLoad passes on the parameter in to PC machine, names a filename,

(3)Parameters DownLoad
The Pc parameter downloading to the driver, chooses the document which decorates is "Par" ,
clicks "opens".

3 Monitor
Clicks on "Monitor",and has two options " ServoState" and "Ports State" below. Among
"ServoState" supervises the drivers condition, "PortsState" monitors driver each input to output of
the port condition.

First enters "ServoState", parameter as follows:

Speed[RPM]

Position[Pulse]
Position Erro[Pulse] :

Then enters "PortsState" again, parameter as follows

What above all ports, pessimistic is the OFF condition, the green is the ON condition
4 Capture
(1) like the chart, "Settings" in tabulating establishes the parameter, including

(2) electric current link parameter establishment and adjustment


First enters "Setting Current Capture", establishment electric current link parameter, parameter as

Then enters "Current Loop Adjust", may observe the sampling data profile, and was allowed

3) the speed ring parameter establishment and the adjustment

first enters "Setting SpeedCapture", establish electric current link parameter, parameter as
follows:

Then enters "Speed Loop Adjust", may observe the sampling the data profile, and may carry on the
adjustment to the speed ring parameter.

4) the snap ring parameter establishment and the adjustment

first enters "Setting Position Capture", establishment electric current link parameter, parameter
as follows:

Revises the parameter, clicks on Ok.

Then enters "Position Loop Adjust", may observe the sampling the data profile, and may carry
on the adjustment to the snap ring parameter
(5)Random Capture
Normally actuates in the process in the driver which the electrical machinery revolves, may
monitor the electrical machinery electric current link, the speed ring, the snap ring profile and each
parameter situation.

5 Motor

1 Basic Information
2 Demonstrated the electrical machinery all messages, the parameter tabulates as follows:

(2) OverLoad Information
Demonstrated the electrical machinery overload message, the parameter tabulates as follows:

These four parameters separately refer to the overload curve two spots speeds and the

(3)Auto Match Motor

After the string mouth connection, first must carry on the electrical machinery suitably to match,
choice "Motor",

Then clicks on "Auto Match Motor", enters the electrical machinery suitably to match

matches, namely establishes Pn4=5, enters "AU-Enc" to carry on suitably matches, after suitably matches successfully,

then enters on chart this page, then clicks on Ok, again entered this page to be allowed to click on "Match" to carry on

suitably matches.

AttentionSuitably matches after the parameter only saves to the driver parameter tabulating, this time the power

failure can cause the parameter to lose,.After the electrical machinery suitably matches the sudden power failure, after
