Abstrak

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pelayanan Masalah

Kesejahteraan Sosial Berbasis Website untuk Orang Terlantar pada Dinas Sosial
Provinsi Banten adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang terkomputerisasi yang
berangkat dari visi, misi dan tujuan dari Dinas Sosial Provinsi Banten itu sendiri.
Yaitu Meningkatkan Akses bagi penyandang masalah kesejahteraan sosial dalam
memperoleh Pelayanan Sosial melalui Rehabilitas Sosial, Pemberdayaan Sosial,
Perlindungan Sosial, dan Jaminan Sosial. Berbagai cara untuk meningkatkan akses
pelayanan sosial telah ditempuh, diantaranya dengan menerapkan metode
pengarsipan data yang lebih efisien, menyederhanakan proses pengolahan data, serta
meningkatkan mutu sumberdaya keseluruhan. Perancangan sistem informasi ini akan
lebih menyederhanakan proses di atas dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informatika
dan jaringan komunikasi data. Sehingga pengolahan atas data yang ada akan lebih
cepat dan akurat serta dari Sisi keamanan dan keutuhan data dapat lebih terjamin
karena diterapkannya batasan-batasan atas akses pemakaian data, sehingga
penyebaran informasi hanya akan diterima oleh yang berhak saja. Laporan penelitian
ini akan menguraikan aktivitas dan kebutuhan sistem pada tahap perancangan.
Desain perancangan database meliputi pencatatan data pelayanan masalah
kesejahteraan sosial untuk orang terlantar. Pada tahap akhir dilakukan pengujian dan
evaluasi terhadap proses sistem yang dirancang. Dan produk perancangan perangkat
lunak ini akan diulas pada bagian akhir laporan ini.

Abstract

Management Information System Design Based Social Welfare Services

Website Problems for Displaced People in Banten Provincial Social Service is a
computerized information system that departs from the vision, mission and goals of
the Banten Provincial Social Service itself. Namely "Improving access for people
with social welfare problems in obtaining social services through the Social
Rehabilitation, Social Empowerment, Social Protection and Social Security".
Different ways to improve access to social services have been taken,
including by applying the method of archiving data more efficiently, simplify the
process of data processing, and to improve overall resource. This information system
will further simplify the above process by utilizing information technology and data
communication networks. So that the processing of the existing data will be faster
and more accurate as well as from the side of the security and integrity of the data can
be more secure because of the application of restrictions on access to data usage, so
that the spread of information will only be accepted by the authorized course. This
research report will describe the activities and needs of the system at the design stage.
Design of database design includes data recording services social welfare issues for
the internally displaced. In the final stages of testing and evaluation of processes
designed system. And this software product design will be reviewed at the end of this
report.
