• Implemented drug and alcohol policy to ensure safe working conditions and increase productivity
• Streamline office staff by cross training inventory control and customer service for a savings of
$47,000 per year
• Set-up and rack 45,000 square foot warehouse for Wal-Mart products
• I have developed Value Stream Mapping using the tools from Lean Six Sigma.
