WORK EXPERIENCE: ( 4+ Years)

Working with Rencomm Teleservices LLP on Ericssons Airtel 3G Project (Delhi
Circle) as a Radio Network Optimizer (Feb 2016 to till date).
Assist Field drive test teams in validating the site configuration & performance in
the field during the site and cluster drive processes.
Fine tuning of specific RF parameters for the sites and clusters to reach optimal
thresholds of KPIs.
Plan and fine tune the orientation and down tilt of the antenna to ensure proper
signal distribution and eliminate rapid signal change conditions in the target area.
Capacity/Hotspot Planning: Reduce coverage overlap, site closest to hotspot to
minimize TX power
Fine tuning of RAN Parameters and counters and their application involving
Network optimization and KPI assurance
Plan and Perform various test cases to trace and monitor air interface to assess the
required grade of service, coverage, To make sure, handover objectives are met
and to determine how subscribers Perceive their network's performance.

Worked with Phimetrics Technologies Pvt. Ltd as an RF Analytics Engineer

(Jan 2014 to Feb 2016.
Analysis different type of drops such as SDCCH DROP, TCH DROP.
Analysis of Log Files to check Drop Calls, Handover Failures, Bad Quality samples.
Optimized, analyzed to improve performance of GSM/UMTS network per client
specification.
Analysis different type of parameters for HSDPA such as CQI, No of Codes
Assigned, CPICH.
Network Problems like Pilot Pollution, Bad Coverage area, Drop Calls, Access
Failures, Handovers Problems (Intra Frequency, IFHO, IRAT, Low Throughput
etc.

Performed Drive Test of site for Coverage Check, Call Setup (MOC/MTC),
Missing Neighbors, Re-planning of frequencies, Handovers Check, Hardware
Fault, and Antenna Fault.
Perform Drive Test and solve customer complaints.
Drive test of Site for Call Origination Test, Hand over test & Coverage test
Performed Drive Test (Benchmarking) for Network Comparisons.
