Certified that I have personally visited the spot and prepared estimate using current Schedule of rates -2016 at
most economical and safe execution of work.
Report:
This estimate for Rs 3,15,424.00( Three Lakhs fifteen Thousand four hundred and twenty four Only) has been
prepared to Regularization of tentative work order for Replacement of flashed over 66KV ( 20MVA power Transformer side ) 3
Nos CT's at 66/11KV Telecom layout MUSS. Out of this one CT was flashed over on 23.11.2016 and the other 2Nos CT's
were tested for Tan-delta by RT staff & found the values below the permissible limit. Therefore all the CT's were replaced &
tested for all values found ok.

It is also proposed to replace two number limbs of 66kV transformer GOS which were flashed over into pieces. The
line clear No-454 was availed to replace the CT's & GOS limbs on 25.11.2016 & line clear was returned on 27.11.2016 at
19:15hours & load was normalized.Two numbers of Solid core insulators are broken into pieces, since cannot be return to store
and also no valve. Hence this estimate may kindly be sanctioned.

Report:
This estimate for Rs 3,06,054.00( Three Lakhs six Thousand and fifty four Only) has been
prepared for Replacement of 66KV ( 20MVA power Transformer-2 side ) 3 Nos CT's at 66/11KV
Telecom layout MUSS. RT staff visited the sub-station on 23.02.2017 and conducted Capacitance &
tan-delta test on 3Nos CT's of power transformer No-2, the results are found above the permissible
limits and suggested for immediate replacement to prevent further damage to the station
equipments. The provision for materials and labour is made in this estimate considering the rates of
MWSR-2016. Hence this estimate may kindly be sanctioned at the earliest.
