Assumptions: The time frame and execution is framed, taking into consideration

the seasonal elements of climate and the demand according to the preferences

of the students in Paradise Farms National High School.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Color Sweetch is a pastry shop that offers only one product; however this

does not makes us inferior to any other company. Our double-troufle truffles will

not disappoint you as it consists of two different-colored cakes. Our shop also

offers variety of fillings which include: chocolate, chocnut and yema. We have

come up with this decision through the method of focus group discussion which

revealed that the most sought after pastry product is chocolate. To meet the

students budget, we also offer our product at a competitive price ranging from 4

to 6 pesos. Our company started off with a capital of Php 21, 150 good for 1

month expense. Total revenue of Php 432, 000 is expected to get at the end of

the year.

PURPOSE AND RATIONALE

This business aims to communicate values among the customers. As indicated in

the data collected through FGD, the students mostly want something new and

innovative which became the foundation of our chosen coating and main filling; the

chocolate. This way, our product will not only attract customers but also become an

enjoyable food experience they will never forget.

CONTEXT

Color Sweetch will be a living proof that one product can serve more than what

the customers have actually bought. Luna Lee will be one of the companies that give

the customers more delicious truffles than what they usually eat. It will become one of
the best enterprises that can tickle the taste buds of Paradisians in terms of pastry/ies.

To reach this goal, Color Sweetch makes sure that it only produces delicious double

truffles which can give our customers an enjoyable, colorful experience through the

unique and different designs inside and outside of our truffles. It is guaranteed that we

only offer good tasting truffles that will make the Paradisians happy and change their

perception about common pastries offered in the market.

Members were assigned according to their skill and ability. Those who know how

to make pastries were assigned in the kitchen as well as to teach those who dont while

half of the enterprise members were assigned in doing the stall and its designs. Two of

the enterprise-members were also designated to buy the needed products before and

during the Entrep-Fair.

ACTUAL PERFORMANCE VS. PLANS

Considering the lack of teamwork and preparation, our enterprise was still able to

fulfill the content indicated in our business plan. Our Marketing Strategies--- both room-

to-room promotion and social media advertisement became successful as it is able to

provide us sure customers not only in first wave but in the whole Entrep-Fair. Our sales

strategies, especially the room-to-room delivery which most of the customers like has

been able to help us gain more profit. Since students indicated that they like chocolate,

we grabbed the opportunity to include chocolate fountain which became the main

attraction in our stall. It became a great help in attracting more customers--- teachers

and students alike.

FACILITATING & HINDERING FACTORS


We have experienced consecutive electrical outlet malfunctions which became a

big hindrance toward our marketing because it affected the speaker we used and the

chocolate fountain.

ISSUES & CONCERNS

Fortunately, both problems were addressed; however, due to lack of resources, it

has taken half an hour for it to be fixed which affected our sales since both equipments

were the main attraction.

FINANCIAL STATEMENT

The total amount we spend for our expenses in Entrep-Fair is Php 2,115. Fortunately,

we were still able to gain Php 200.5 profit with all the goods sold. If this continues, and

become much higher, we will be able to achieve the expected revenue in a year.

CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

In spite of the challenges we have experienced before, during and after Entrep-

Fair, all the money spent, the sweat we have perspired, the 33 pesos share and the

experience itself were all worth it. Only two things have hindered us from reaching our

main goal and its the lack of team work and preparation, not to mention the never-

ending procrastination. To those who are planning to take the same business, we

encourage you to do the things days before the deadline so it will not be rushed and all

the content in your business plan will be followed accordingly.
