Please note that there will be a one year service agreement for the selected candidates and the target start
date will be March 2017.
1)Understanding recruitment cycle for North America market for Full time and Contractual roles.
2) Understanding of job markets, tax terms, culture for US market.
3) Proactively sourcing candidates for active and passive jobs in US across various verticals.
4) Use of extensive social media tools like LinkedIn and job portals to find talent.
5) Validating documents sent by candidates to detect forgery. Ensure process adherence at all levels of recruiting and
follow recruitment life cycle steps.
6) Ensure understanding of job description and use search strings accordingly.
7) Documentation of activities performed in the Application Tracking System.
8) Accountable to interact with candidates over email and phone if need be.
9) Design resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing options including,
networking, headhunting and building talent pools.
