JOB DESCRIPTION:
 Prime Responsibilities

o Shall function as Stress Lead Engineer for Piping Detail Engineering/ Estimation jobs
o Responsible for development, review and issue of documents related to Stress Engineering including line index
preparation, flexibility analysis (Static + Dynamic) of piping system, report submission, comments incorporation,
preparation of datasheets for springs/ expansion joints/ struts/ snubbers/ special supports, review of vendor drawings
& technical bid analysis
o Knowledge of Finite Element method for additional load analysis
o Knowledge of ASME 31.3 , B31.4 , B31.8 & API piping codes
o Optimisation of line routing with respect to stress analysis for all design condition

o Actively interface between process, civil-structural & other disciplines

o Optimisation of design through close interactions with 3D modelling group
o Interface with internal function of piping Materials & layout team

designated bank account.

Public are advised to note with caution that these messages are false and L&T or L&T Hydrocarbon
Engineering Limited has not sent out any such e-mails, nor sought such deposits.

The Company sincerely requests the public not to be misled by such false communication. L&T bears
no responsibility towards this. Public are hereby warned that these e-mails/ letters are a fraud, which
is being perpetrated in the organizations name by certain unknown parties. L&T is also taking legal
steps in this regard to bring the oenders to books.
