The objectives of this course are to:

Ensure participants understand the four integrated elements of PRINCE2 methodology. The
four elements are: seven principles, seven themes, seven processes and tailoring to project
environment.

Help participants to prepare for the PRINCE2 Foundation examination.

PRINCE2 Foundation Examination

The salient features of PRINCE2 Foundation examination are as follows:

One hour duration

75 multiple-choice questions per paper

5 questions are trial and are not counted in scores

Passing percentage50% (35 marks required out of 70 available)

Closed-book exam

PRINCE2 Practitioner Examination

The salient features of PRINCE2 Practitioner examination are the following:

The practitioner examination is based on a Case Scenario.

Each exam will comprise of eight questions, covering a different syllabus area, which will be
clearly identified at the beginning of each question.

There are 8 questions containing 10 marks and the questions are further sub-divided into two
parts.

Passing mark is 44 (55%).

The questions of PRINCE2 examination are based on Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2,
by AXELOS. The syllabus includes the following:

There are 20 lessons in total. After completing the first 3 lessons, please go through lesson 11 first
and then lessons 4 till 10 for better understanding. The last lesson is a guideline of the PRINCE2
