1. Purpose
The purpose of this p is the analysis of two of the main Work Package in the project and to
evaluated the performance of the project management by calculating the variance between the
estimated and the actual time of completing the selected work packages .

2. Work Packages Description

The Packages consists of many tasks for software upgrade of the operation system .

The Work Package are:-

OSS (operation support system ) Upgrade which has the code 1.1.1.1
ENIQ (network performance management ) Upgrade which has the code 1.1.1.2

3. Project estimated time plane .

THE ESTAMATED START WHERE in February 3th and the estimated finished is in 30th of July as 180
day project duration .

As can be seen that in the previous chart that the activity will take about 17 day to reach the
completion .

As can be seen from thr above chart where the the earnd vaule can give estanation about the
learning prosses where at the start it was about 4160.8 Lyd at the end it has improved to 6241.23
which is due to buter communication between the project team leads to more productivity .

the preparation of the connection also 30 day delay in the HW delivery in the sea port and problem in
the access to danger site.
