SECTION 1. GENERAL SERVICE


1 - 1. Drydocking
The vessel to be drydocked for inspection, painting and underwater works.
Expecting date of drydocking will be in JUN/2010~AUG/2010.
(now not sure)

1 - 2. Shore power
Furnish electrical power A.C. 440V, 3 phase, 60Hz to main switchboard
during power shut down period while vessel in drydocking.

1 - 3. Fire line and fire watchman


Connect and disconnect ship's fire line (one line) from shore for fire
protection during in drydocking.

Fire watchman is to be provided.

1 - 4. Cooling sea water


Provide cooling sea water to accommodation air conditioner & provision
refrigerator condenser( 2 lines) during in drydocking.

1 - 5. Compressed air supply
Provide two air hose that one for E/R one for Deck for the crews general
use during repair period.

Air lines connected and disconnected are to be included.

1 - 6. Garbage disposal
Provide one garbage barrel on poop deck for ship use. Also, the garbage to
be removed and disposed daily.

Note:
The quotation should include all accessory works and facilities such as
providing garbage container, mobile crane service, labors etc.

1 - 7. Crane service
Supply crane service for taking or removing vessels stores, hatch cover and
miscellaneous equipment subject to the orders of Owner Superintendent.

1 - 8. Telephone service
1) One(1) set of telephone for domestic communication is to be installed on
board during repair period, however the long distance service is available
for owner superintendent only.
2) Documented billing for long distance service will be presented to the
owner superintendent.

1 - 9. Gas free (If necessary)


Gas Free inspection for hot work or airtight space before repair is to be
carried out and Gas Free Certificates are to be provide.

1 - 10. Gangway to be temporarily installed from vessel to dock.

1 - 11. Unit rate (for reference)


The following unit price rate to be quoted for owners reference.
1) Labour rate of fitter in normal working time and overtime respectively.
2) Staging per m3 and /or per plank.
3) Ventilation each for installation and maintaining.
4) Lighting each for installation and maintaining.

5) Pumping bilge water each for installation and pumping per m3.
6) Cherry picker service.
7) Hatch Cover remove.
8) Ballast water supply
9) Sewage service

SECTION 2. HULL PART


2-1. Bottom hull to be checked and inspected.

2-2. Hull cleaning and painting


A). The whole hull shell from bottom to topside to be washed down by high
pressure sea water jet, thence rinsed with fresh water thoroughly. the rusty
or damaged paint areas are to be spot grit-blasted (SA 2.0) or light grit
sweeping (SA1.0) subject to the actual situation, then paints shall be
applied by airless spray. The details are as follows: (All paint will be
supplied by the owner except as otherwise noted)

Notes :
Sand residual on deck, accommodation, cargo holds etc. Derived from grit
blasting jobs are to be swept and cleaned out completely after paint jobs are
finished.

B). The rusted area of flat bottom to be sand swept then touched up with
one coat of BANNOH 500N PLUM; one coat of BANNOH500R GRAY,
one coat of SEA GRANDPRIX CF-10A RED then applied one full coats of
GRANDPRIX CF-10A RED.

C). The rusted area of vertical bottom to be sand swept then touched up with
one coat of BANNOH 500N PLUM; one coat of BANNOH500R GRAY,
one coat of SEA GRANDPRIX CF-10A RED, one coat of SEA
GRANDPRIX CF-10A LIGHT RED then applied one full coats of SEA
GRANDPRIX CF-10A RED.

D). The rusted area of boot top to be sand swept then touched up with
one coat of BANNOH 500N PLUM; one coat of BANNOH500R GRAY,
one coat of SEA GRANDPRIX CF-10A LIGHT RED then applied one full
coats of SEA GRANDPRIX CF-10A RED.

E). The rusted area of topside to be sand swept then touched up with
one coat of BANNOH 500N PLUM; one coat of BANNOH500R GRAY,
then applied one full coats of UNY MARINE 2.5G 3/4 GREEN.

D). Hull mark repainting
Ships name, draft marks, port of registry and plimsoll marks etc. All of outer
shell marks to be repainted.

E). P & S container posts to be sand swept and applied paints.

F). All docking paints will be supplied by the owner.(CMP)

G). Temporary scupper chutes are to be installed before hull


Grit blasting and removed after painting jobs are finished.

H). Cleaning the surrounding four vertical sides of accommodation, underneath
area & window wipers and the prop stand of water pipes of bridges, by high
pressure fresh water jet on the working bridge with shore crane and
Grinding off the rust spotteds and touched-up 1st coat by shore crane and
Painting white finish coat x 1 coat by shore crane.

I). Funnel, fore & radar mast to be derust and touch up with paint. Funnel
company mark to be repaint if injure by derust.

2 - 2. Rudder
A). The rested areas to be sand swept, applied two A/C paints then two
A/F paints.
B). The clearance between pintle and gudgeon bushing for rudder pintles
to be measured and recorded.

2 - 3. Anchor, chain cables and chain lockers


A). Both anchors and chain cable to be ranged out, cleaned, applied with
one coat of bitumastic solution then remarked & tired bands on each
shackle and restored in good order.
B). Both chain lockers to be cleaned and bailed out water mud then applied
with one coat of bitumastic solution.
C). Both anchors to be sandblasted and painted one full coats of bitumastic
solution.

2 4. Propeller
A).The clearance between stern tube bearing and propeller shaft to be
measured and taken records.
B).The propeller blades to be polished and re-greased, root part to be dye
checked for surveyor inspection.
C).The zinc anodes in S/T after seal to be renewed with owners material.
(Estimate : B-4 x 4pcs)

2 - 5. Miscellaneous
1). All bottom plugs of ballast tank(22pcs)to be opened-up and re-plug
with cement in good order.

6). Port side anchor chain stopper to be patch up.
7). Ships master clock in bridge to be repaired all clock not syncronized
when adjusting time.
8). Crystal light of telegraph indicator and shaft revolution indicator center
to be replaced.
9). P/S wings crystal light of propeller shaft revolution indicator, rudder
angle indicator and telegraph light indicator to be replaced.
10). P/S wings consul crystal light of telegraph dial indicator, ships speed
indicator, maneuvering lever indicator and load indicator light to be
replaced.

SECTION 2. ENGINE PART


2 - 1. Sea chests and sea valves
A). All sea chest to be opened, cleaned for inspection and applied two
coats of A/C paint & two coats of A/C and two coats of A/F paints all
over, the wasted zinc anodes in sea chests to be renewed with owner's
material. (renew zinc anodes estimate : B-4 x 13pcs)
B). The following sea suction & discharge valves to be opened or ground
for surveyor inspection, then refitted in good order.

14. Lathe in Eng work shop cant make Meter thread to be check & repair.

15. Hydraulically valve 4set ( FPT, #3FWB-S, BW-1, BW-2) of Ballast water
system leakage oil to be check & repair.

16. The governor of M/E to be O/H

17. M/E air cooler element to be drawn out & cleaned with chemical & water
pressure test, then renewed the packing & o-ring with owners material.

18. Aux. boiler safety valves: 2 sets. to be opened up, ground and executed
popping test, and surveyed by NK surveyor, then repacked in good
order.(type-1627).

19. Economizer safety valve: 1 set. to be opened up, ground and executed
popping test and surveyed by NK surveyor, then repacked in good order.
