Abstract
Each paper must be proceded by an abstract presenting the most important results and
conclusions in no more than 250 words. Do not include citations in the abstract. Arial Font, 11
points, Justify, 1 line.

Manuscripts should be concise, single spacing, aligned justify. The format should be
Arial of size 12 points. Papers should be written in English Language. Both UK and
US English are accepted but not a mix of them.
The text of the paper should be divided into Introduction, Materials and Methods
(or Experimental), Results and Discussion, Conclusions, Acknowledgements,
References.
The paper should be no longer than 8 pages, including figures, tables and formulas.

1. Introduction
State the objectives of the work and provide an adequate background, avoiding a
detailed literature survey or a summary of the results.

2. Materials and Methods (or Experimental)


Provide sufficient detail to allow the work to be reproduced. Methods already
published should be indicated by a reference: only relevant modifications should be
described.
3. Results and Discussion
Results should be clear and concise. Discussion should explore the significance of
the results of the work, not repeat them. Avoid extensive citations and discussion of
published literature.
4. Conclusions
The main conclusions drawn from results should be presented in a short Conclusions
section. Do not include citations in this section.

Acknowledgements
List the name of the funding support, or the name of researcher who provided help
during the work.

References The list of References should only include works that are cited in the text and
that have been published. References should be cited in the text in brackets as in the
following examples: [1], [2].The references will be presented in the order in which they
appear in the paper with Arial Font, 11 points, Justify, 1 line.

Please ensure that every reference cited in the text is also present in the reference
list.
For the reference follow the indications:

Books: Names and initials of the authors, year (between brackets), chapter title, title of the
book, editors, edition, volume number, publisher, place, page number
Symposia volumes: Names and initials of the authors, year, paper title, symposium name,
volume number, place, date, page numbers
Journal papers: Names and initials of authors, year (between brackets), full title of the
paper, full name of the journal (italic), volume number (bold), first and last page numbers
Patents: Names and initials of authors, year, patent title, country, patent number (italic)
Dissertations: Names and initials of authors, year (between brackets), title, specification
(PhD Thesis, MSc Thesis), institution, place
Legal regulations and laws, organizations: Abbreviated name, year (between brackets),
full name of the referred text, document type, author, URL address.

Formulae will be typeset in italics (preferably Microsoft Equation Editor) and should
be written in the manuscript. The formulae should be numbered on the right side,
between brackets. Subscripts and superscripts should be clear. Give the meaning of
all symbols immediately after the equation in which they are first used.
Abbreviations should be kept to a minimum, use of standard abbreviations is
acceptable. Linguistic accuracy is the responsibility of the authors.

Figures and Tables must be embedded in the text.


Draw the tables in grid format using a solid line style. You should number each table
serially with Arabic numerals and put table headings above the table centred. If
necessary use a smaller font size (11 pt. or 10 pt. but not smaller) to make tables fit
the page size. Tables have to be in the relevant space in the text.
Number Figures consecutively in accordance with their appearance in the text. All
figures should be in black and white. Ensure that each figure has a caption (Arial
Font, 11 points, Center, 1 line), placed below the figure.
