Dear Parents/Guardians and Staff,

Thank you for your patience and support as the Board continues to diligently research the facts concerning the
administrative leave of absence. We understand your frustration with the lack of information and details around Mr.
Weber and Mr. Potter being placed on administrative leave. Please know we are respectfully following due process to
bring this issue to a resolution. Our bylaws and policies allow us to meet during scheduled public meetings, and we can
only discuss personnel issues during private executive sessions. We are excited to share that we have received four
BoD applications and will proceed with interviews next week.

When little information can be shared, we know people begin to draw conclusions. Unfortunately, there have been a
number of rumors regarding the situation. We can assure you that the issues around the administrative leave do not
involve the safety of our students. We wish to thank our teachers and staff for continuing to do an incredible job of
maintaining a stable academic environment for our students.

While working through this process, we also want to ensure positive assumptions. We are proceeding thoughtfully, with
the best interest of our students, staff, and the overall stability of the school, as our top priority.
