It is well known that games have been part of peoples lifes for ages. Most
of us have been able to enjoy a playful childhood at least. Nevertheless, less than
a half of our population cannot join to recreational activities nowadays. To my
mind, games are important at any life stage for many reasons.

First, acquisition of knowledge and skills by playing different games


categories. First, strategic games in which are required to be an
autonomous and decision-taker. For example, "Monopoly" is a board game
that makes you predict and learn about how to do your investments.
Second, games that imply physical activities, especially those you play with
your family, because they boost your competitive spirit to reach the peak.
According to psychological studies, eight out of ten races carry out by family
members are the most challenging for themselves and bring out the best
player of each one. Third, entertainment activities in which is mandatory to
work in group as a team player in order to get the victory. Everybody knows
that those team games required being able to follow instructions, to share
opinions in a good manner, and to use a critical thinking all as a group.
Therefore, you can learn to be disciplined, to work with others and make
decisions from having fun.
To begin with, breaking your daily our studying or and work
routine. Firstly, your house is a place where you can play and take your
