Cassandra Martin: Aggravated manslaughter, driving under the

influence of alcohol, maiming of another resulting from driving
under the influence, abuse or neglect a child, reckless driving with
a suspended license resulting in death of another, driving with a
suspended license
Anna Handy-Sanders: Malicious Wounding
Marvin Vessels: Two counts of breaking and entering, two
counts of grand larceny, arson
Linda Lumpkin: Embezzlement of public funds (Special
Prosecutor is handling this case)
Anthony Green: Possession of cocaine with the intent to
distribute, third or subsequent offense
Derrick Brown: Eluding the police
John Haney: Burglary
Skylar Lewis: Burglary
Kyre Dade: Two counts of distributing a schedule I or II drug
Phylicia Thompson: Failure to appear
Makayla Boston: Two counts of assaulting law enforcement
Wayne Arthur: Possession of a schedule I or II drug
Joseph Gibbs: Domestic assault and battery, third or subsequent
offense
Scott Casey: Grand Larceny

The indictments are allegations and all defendants are presumed

innocent until found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt
