Suit on a promissory Note.

S. Janardhana Naidu, S/o. Krishnaiah residing at D.No. 249, Netaji Road, Tirupati,
borrowed Rs. 25,000 agreeing to pay 24% on 26 th Feb, 2016 from G. Srinivasa Yadav,
S/o. Ramaiah at D.No. 247, Netaji Road and executed a promissionary note. The
promissionary note was scribed by K. Venkatasubbaiah a document writer in Tirupati
and attested by a K. Damodhar Reddy and M. Subramanyam Naidu.

G. Srinivasa Yadav made demands for the Repayment of the loan and also caused a
lawyers notice dated 04.01.2017 to be send to S. Janardhana Naidu.

S. Janardhana Naidu who received the notice on 27.01.2017 neither paid the amount nor did
he respond to the notice on 20 th February, 2011. G.Srinivasa Yadav filed a suit for the
recovery of the debt Draft the plaint.

Suit on Dishonoured Cheque

Sheela had lent 90,000 rupees to Mr. Rajesh on 1/2/2016 by creating a security on a blank
cheque that Rajesh has signed. Rajesh fails to pay a debt amount. And thus Sheela cashed in
the blank cheque that has been given by Rajesh. To Sheelas surprise it was disordered ,
reason being insufficient fund. Sheela wants to file a suit for dishonouring of the cheque

Mansion in Malabar Hill, Mumbai District through M/s. Farwahar Trasnports Corporation,
Mumbai ,. At the time of taking delivery on 05-06-2016, 10 Nos. of tins were not delivered
and hence the consignee could take delivery of the remaining 10 Nos. of tins only. Notice in
writing of the loss due to non-delivery has been given to the consignor on 10-10-2016
estimating the loss at Rs.1,25,000 /-. The consignor, Farok, wants to file a suit for the
recovery of the value of the goods not delivered from the Carrier. Draft an appropriate Plaint.
Suit for Specific Performance

A licence agreement was entered into between the plaintiff , S. Janardhana Naidu, S/o.
Krishnaiah residing at D.No. 249, Netaji Road, Tirupati, andthe respondent G. Srinivasa
Yadav, S/o. Ramaiah at D.No. 247, Netaji Road in respect of premises belonging to the
plaintiff.

The agreement provided that the lincensor (The plaintiff) could terminate the license at
any time by giving a 3 months notice in writing to the licensee [The defendant]. Inspite of
such a notice have been sent.

The defendant has not vacated the premises and the plaintiff now ceases for possessions Draft
Civil Suit for specific performance, recovery of immovable property.

Inter locutary Application- to set aside ex-prate decree.

An Establishment called M/s. Indira Trading Co., in A.P. applied for the Joint Controller for
Exports and Imports Business licence to Import Textile Machinery from Germany. After
several reminders, he received an on-line letter informing him that his application was
refused. The applicant was not even given an opportunity to be heard in the matter.
The management of establishment now files a writ petition in Andhra Pradesh High Court
against the said order passed by the Joint Controller

Petition for restitution of conjugal rights

Mr.Krishna Narayan married Narmada Sheroff according to hindu rituals 12/04/2008. After a
few years of their marriage that is in the year December 2012 Krishna has left Narmada, and
is living with another woman. She file a petition for restituional of her conjugal rights against
Krishna Narayan.

Writ Petiton

brought that to Hydrabad but the tv was not functioning properly. When she gave complaint
about the same to the shop owner , he did not responded properly. She filed a consumer
complaint before district consumer redressed forum in Hydrabad requesting for compensation
amount of 3 lakhs. The forum granted only 2 lakhs. She filed an appeal before the state

Anticipatory bail Application

on 28th February 2014. He found discrepancies in the seniority list and found his name being
brought down in the list.. In spite of repeated representations for rectification of the error the

Transfer Petition in Criminal Cases

Mr. Arun Roy IAS retired as the Secretary, Ministry of Finance, from Delhi on 20-12-2016.
The Central Vigilance Department has filed a suit against him at the Sessions Court, Delhi for
certain offences committed by him while he was in service. Mr. Roy originally hails from
Ranni, Pathanamtitta, Kerala and is medically unfit to travel such long distance for appearing
in all hearings Therefore; he desires the case against him to be transferred to the Court at
