Hasil awal

The problems:

1. Menurunnya level air boiler pada E-2804 A karena alasan operasional proses
pelelehan sulfur pada fasilitas sulfur condenser E-2804 A
2. Level decreasing of boiler water on E-2804 A due to process operational
reason of sulphur melting on this sulphur condenser facility
3. Mandatory untuk mengetahui kualitas air boiler day to day sebagai acuan
dari chemical treatment
4. Mandatory for knowing boiler water quality day to day as basis reference of
chemical treatment

Objectivities:

Test ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kualitas air boiler
keluaran dari continous blowdown line dan intermittent blowdown line. Sehingga
hasil test diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu justifikasi perlakuan terhadap dua
permasalahan diatas

The test perfomed with the objectivities for comparising both of boiler water quality
outlet from CBD and IBD facility on E-2804 A/B/C/D. With the result of that, expected
can be once of justification for the trouble shooting

The test

Test telah dilakukan pada E-2804 C dengan pertimbangan bahwa level condenser ini
lebih stabil. Test dilakukan selama dua hari (pada 06 April 2017 dan 07 April 2017).
Test awal dilakukan dengan kondisi sebagai berikut :

Test has been performed on E-2804 C with consideration that level in this condenser
is more high and stable (stand on 72% since this week) than other. Performing of
test doing during two days (06 and 07 April 2017). The first test doing by condition
as follow :

1. Sample diambil pada E-2804 C dengan level air 74%

Sample taking on E-2804 C and water level on 72%
2. Sampling awal dilakukan dari keluaran continous blowdown (CBD) line
dengan hasil sebagai berikut :
First sampling taking from CBD outlet line with the result :

3. Sampling kedua dilakukan dari keluaran intermittent blowdown (IBD) line
setelah dilakukan flushing selama 30 menit dengan hasil sebagai berikut :
