1 01 SINGLE BIN DUMPER 22.135,00

Dry bin dumping machine provided with a tilting chair supporting frame. On the upper side of the chair, theres a
sliding belt accompanying bin lifting during overflow dumping and on the lower side of the chair, theres a bin lifting
and tilting support. The machine is loadable from the ground with transpallets when it is placed at a minimum height
above the ground. Unloading hopper having a height of 1130 mm from the ground.
Painted iron carpentry.

Delicate fruit brushing, washing and drying machine provided with synthetic hair brushes (hardness depending on
processed products) with washing pipes in the first sector and a set of sponge rollers with lower squeezers for drying
fruits. Brushes and rollers rotate in the same direction as the fruit, advancing without shocks or abrasions.
The parts in contact with the fruit and the water collection tank are made of AISI 304 stainless steel with an hot
galvanized painted frame. Machine dumping is made through a motorized or manual device accompanying the fruit
mounted on a stainless steel chain. Hot galvanized painted frame.

areas in contact with the fruit. If it is used for transporting waste fruits, stainless steel parts will be made of painted
iron.

Electronic grader with soft feeding rubber trucks for grading delicate fruits for combined selection according to weight,

The fruit is discharged from the truck through computer-controlled solenoids tilting the truck and depositing the fruit
into collection tanks.
The trucks have been designed and manufactured to achieve maximum results.
- Their special design provides good singulation.
- Weighing takes place with stainless steel load cells on chromium-plated guides.
- Materials have been studied according to their purpose, with resins for bearing structures and soft feeding
rubber.

08 01 GRADERS ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT , SELECTION BY WEIGHT
Fruit grading is made through suitable dedicated electronics designed and conceived to meet every single customers
specific demands.
It is possible to add components to basic installation to extend machine functions.
Electronics through software tools is easily and immediately accessible.

There are two different kinds of supply:

1) one based on the use of a touch screen (1/2 lines, max 12 outlets, weight only)
2) and another based on the use of an industrial pc

The first one is destined for weight only systems and foresees the use of an high definition colour touch screen
operator panel as a graphical user interface. Pressing the keys, it is possible to create or modify working programmes,
send fruits to the outlets and print statistics on processed lots and processing data.

The second one, conceived for complex systems, foresees the use of an industrial pc as a user unit. The operating
system Linux, familiar to everyone, provides all functions offered by the operator panel and many others.
It can be remotely controlled and our skilled staff checks the situation of a system installed all over the world in real
time, solving many problems visible only through site visits by technicians, reducing servicing cost and time.
Our pc can be easily integrated into the customers network and controlled from every part of the magazine.
In short, the electronic supply permits to
- Manage the grading software through the operating system Linux;
- Manage/print processing statistics;
- Remote assistance (teleassistance);
- Interface your pc to the companys local network;
- Communicate with other systems.
Electronic systems integrate the following functions:

WEIGHT
- Digital weight signal processing to eliminate machine vibrations.
- Weight multireading system for each fruit (programmable from 1 to 100 readings).
- Tare weight is dynamically subtracted from the weight of the truck with the fruit.
- Temperature and truck tare weight variations are compensated during processing..
- Machine calibration and control can be made directly from the software.

OUTLET CONTROL SYSTEM

- Every single fruit can be sent to one or more outlets, distributing the products according to their weight or
number. For example, if a fruit class is sent to the outlets number 3-4, according to a numerical distribution, 2
pieces can be sent to the outlet 3, 1 piece to the outlet 4, 2 pieces to the outlet 3 and so on; according to
weight, it is possible to define a threshold value, such as for example 10 kg at the outlet 3, 20 kg at the outlet
4, sending fruits to the selected outlet and then to the following outlet until reaching the limit.
- Preselection: waste and second grade fruits can be separately weighed, but the products belonging to this
class wont be included in the total amount of products graded by the machine.
- Through a dialogue between electronic cards and PLC, it is possible to control outlets, generally affecting
system operation.
- It is possible to install and control a labelling machine onto the machine or at the desired outlet.
- The outlet control system packs fruits in various formats (baskets, crates, boxes, etc.).

Terms of Shipment EXW

Warranty 12 months from the starting date of the installation. It covers materials
and assembling defects according to JURAN - FUTURA warranty
conditions.
Electrical and electronically parts and parts which are subject to
wear (such as brushes, rubber rollers, knives, sickles, thermal
heads, etc.) are excluded from the warranty. Moreover it does not
cover any breaking due to the improper use of the supplied
materials or to disregard of the use and maintenance rules of the
machines.

Validity of the offer 90 days

Terms of payment - 40% as order confirmation, with bank transfer

Exclusion - Building structures in general.

- Feeding electrical system and ground system.
- Unload in general.
- Hydraulic systems in general.
- Tank, pumps and pipelines of combustible feeding.
- Chimneys.
- Forklifts.

Electric energy Electric energy must be supplied through a cable which includes three
phase + neutral + ground and whose section is adequate to the capacity
of the machine. It must comply with the following characteristics: 400 V
10%, 50 Hz 1%. Moreover we need to have a dedicated ADSL
telephonic line to give teleassistance for the installation.
JURAN - FUTURA s.r.l. does not assume liability for technical
problems coming from any different voltage from the above indicated
one.
- The customer must install the automatic protection from direct
contacts according to the kind of feeding grounding. If a differential
device is used, it must be of industrial type (we advise with an
intervention field of A or B type), with rulable current and operating
time, in coordination with the ground system of the factory where the
machines will be installed.

Air The pneumatic components operate by using dry air. So the storehouse
where the machines will be installed will have to be provided with an air
drier. The air pression must not be lower than 6,5 ATM and the section of
the pipe must be adequate to the consumption of the machine.

Note The capacity of each machine has to be intended as approximate,

because it depends on variable elements such as the kind of boxes,
packages, products to be worked, consumption materials used and the
ability of the operator.
JURAN - FUTURA s.r.l. reserves the right to introduce the changes that will be considered necessary during the period of
construction and assembly without compromising the normal operation of the machines and the respective basic
characteristics, which may be different from the description in the offer. This estimate does not create to the charge of the
Parties any legally binding obligation regarding the selling proposition. It resumes the basic characteristic of a possible future
sale contract between the Parties and gives some information to manage the negotiation between the Parties.
