 1. Checking the Browser and Plugins :

a. How to install Mozilla Firefox:

Download the Mozilla Firefox Setup from i-THINK User Instructions Section in the home page:

Click on the Mozilla Firefox icon to download.

After downloading, Right click on the file downloaded and select the Run as administrator option
and following displays:

Once the extraction is completed it will display as follow:

After completing the download progress Mozilla Firefox will be opened.

Install latest version of Mozilla Firefox in your system for the best view of the course.

How to clear your history in Mozilla Firefox:

Click on the button on the right corner of the browser and the following is displayed.

Click on the icon in the displayed and then the following is displayed:

Click on the text and the following will be displayed:

Click on the button so that the course can be loaded without from the cache
memory.

 b. Checking Flash Plugin and Installing:

Download the Flash Plugin Setup from i-THINK User Instructions Section in the home page:

Click on the Flash Plugin icon to download.

Select the suitable version of flash for your operating system field given. Select

the browser to be Mozilla Firefox and click download button in yellow.

After downloading, Right click on the file downloaded and select the Run as administrator option
and following displays:

Click the run button and following displays:

After installing completely following displays:

Click finish to continue and restart your Mozilla Firefox browser

c. Checking Java Plugin and Installing :

Download the Java Setup from i-THINK User Instructions Section given in the home page:

Click on the Java Plugin icon to download.

After downloading, Right click on the file downloaded and select the Run as administrator option
and following displays:

Click on the install button and following displays:

After installing completely following displays:

For completion of Final Test:

Click on the button at the end of the final test of both the sections to record your
score and get the Voucher.

NOTE:

These Instructions are needed to follow strictly for successful

completion of the course:

1. Kindly click on the Sim Overview / Gambaran Keseluruhan MPK in the i-

THINK menu to left of the screen when you login for the first time to run
the course.

2. Clear your browser history every time you login.

3. If you have logined for 2 hours continuously an alert will be displayed on

the top of the browser and you will be given one minute to click the
extend button, so the session time of your login doesnt expire.

4. Kindly enter your password as password (CASE SENSITIVE) and update

your registered mail id in the home page as shown in the video.

5. Dont click on the forget password, proceed for the instruction no 4 after
typing your IC NO in the LMS.
