Election Day

Tonights the night, doomsday in sight.

The world was once created four words let there be light
See the candidates weve chosen are harbingers of the division
Give it up for the new world a chaotic rendition
In the midst of the storm, I never conform
Weve gone after worldly educationand forgotten pursuing God should be the norm

Gods people perish for lack of knowledgeoh youre pursuing a degree me too!! No offense but you
might just be a fool..,
you see, I dont speak of secular knowledge
I speak of spiritual knowledge

Dont you know that the fear of the lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and
instruction, so let me give you a brief introduction

See theres a God who has the final decisionand I know hes the only one who can clear your blurred
line of vision
so before I continue God search the heart of your people
See this wasnt supposed to be a religious poem, but God surpasses every issue we face in our homeits
become pretty clear that the world suffers from down syndrome
No not the disability but a state of limbo filled with highs and lows
What goes up, must come down right, well the message I have for you is that youre fighting the wrong
fight.

It is written that in the last days there will be times of difficulty; for people will be lovers of self, lovers of
money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient, unholy, slanderous without self-control, lovers of pleasure
rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of Godliness but denying its power

See theres a recession, no not economically but theres a spiritual oppression

we live in a world where claiming Jesus is frowned upon.
The bible referred to this as the anti-Christ phenomenon

Im simply here to tell you this election we went through never mattered.
Every day you wake up youre casting your ballot.
Im not here to judge rather present you with a challenge.
You can choose to reflect god or even the enemy
but you can never serve two masters and call yourself free

So when the trumpet sounds and the results are in, did you pick the leader that going to win?
See the winners will be separated from the losers as the sheep from the goat
and youll never be able to say God, I didnt know.
