It is with great pleasure that I can recommend Mr. Kameron Orelien for a
position as a full time mental health professional. I am currently Mr. Oreliens
internship supervisor where he has been working under my guidance for the last 5
months. Currently, he is enrolled at Wilmington University and is anticipating
graduation this coming May.

I have a great deal of faith that Kameron will be amazing as a mental health
professional. He has several goals which includes to become a licensed mental
health professional as well as to one day move into the management side of this
field. Mr. Orelien has worked here at Innovative Behavior Services and he has been
a joy to work with and to supervise. He is very hardworking, eager to learn, and very
compassionate about his work in the mental health field. The clients that he has
interacted are excited and intrigued by the different techniques that he has during
client appointments

Whatever direction in the mental field that Mr. Orelien decides to go into I
know that he will flourish and do an amazing job. I hope that in the next few years I
will see great things from him and that he was able to achieve all the goals that he
has set for himself. I know that Kameron will be a great assesst for whatever
company or agency he may work with. Personally, I would be delighted if he were to
decide to apply for a position with my company, Innovative Behavior Services. No
employer would be disappointed in taking Mr. Orelien on as their employee.
