1. INTRODUCTION

Maintenance and cleaning programs for the industrial equipment and supporting facilities
are the most important necessity. These activities will give many advantages, especially
increase the life time of the tools/ equipments to increase the productivity.

The most cleaning maintenance problems in the industry are :

The accumulation of the soiled, that very difficult to remove from the material surfaces .
The appropriate selection , the effectiveness, the safe for the material and operator and
also environment friendly cleaner .

PT. BARQI BROTHERS INDONESIA Company, as national company are dealing with the
distribution of environmentally product and environmentally Technology . We are trying to
provide solution to the problems in the cleaning and maintenance of the tools/ equipment
and supporting facilities in the many Plant Industries .

II. OBJECTIVE
We would like to offer to clean up
Dirt / sand
Slurry
Remaining water inside water pond
Inside The Water Pond, by using blaster nozzle and transferring the waste using AOD
pump

III. DETAIL TECHNICAL PROCEDURE

Work Procedure
3.1. Preparation :
1. Prepare cleaning equipment at the site and arrange according needed
2. Prepare utility supply : water, electric
3. Install power for Compressor and blaster pump
4. Install water blaster hose, AOD hose and connection
5. Prepare drum / tank to supply water for blaster pump

3.2 Blastering Process

1. Turn On AOD pump to transfer water inside water pond to temporary tank /
drum
2. If the water inside temporary tank almost full start the blaster pump
3. Use blaster pump noozle to clean dirt inside the water pond

3.3 Transfering the waste

1. After all dirt mix well with water pond due to water blaster procces
2. Transfer the dirt water into drain line using AOD pump
3. Transfer till all dirt water cant suck by AOD pump

3.4 Final Cleaning & mop drying
1. Final cleaning by man entry to mob and clean remaining water and dirt
2. Final cleaning only conduct when the owner give permission
