1.0 Introduction
The Tender Evaluation Criteria is contained in this document which will be used to assess
possible companies to construct our clients Mars Lander. The company that meets the
criteria the best and provides credible evidence will win the job.

2.0 Criteria
2.1 Communication
At 5M Space Agency we value communication above all else as almost everything we do in
our life that involves other parties will not be successful without proper communication. So
we expect prompt and concise communication.

Replies later than Replies earlier than 48 Replies earlier than 24 hrs Replies to texts and
48 hrs to emails or hrs but later than 24 but later than 12 hrs to emails within 12 hrs
texts. hrs to emails or texts emails and texts

2.2 Understanding
We are looking for contractors who will look over the design, discuss/suggest any
modifications that they think are necessary for the Mars Lander to succeed.

Does not look over design Looks over the design but does Looks over design and suggests
not suggest improvements improvements or in depth
discussion about design.

2.3 Time Management

Time Management is another skill that we desire and is essential for the successful
completion of the Mars Lander prototype.

Does not meet deadlines/show up for meetings Meets Deadlines and is on time to meetings.
or is late.

2.4 Wood Working Experience

For the project, experience in working with power tools and wood is a desirable skill.

No experience with any Some experience with power Adequate experience with
power tools and wood work tools and/or wood work power tools and/or wood
work.
