Interim Principal Notes

4/26 Notes:

* Teacher in car wreck early morning (Johnson). Made it to school.

* One sub no longer needed, sent home.
* Cell phone issues with Bateys 3rd period class where there was a sub. Students were
Stephanie Lewis and Lillian Neuroth. Support dog for Analecia Masten became an issue.
Issues were addressed. Students were informed to stay in office the remainder of period.
Students sent to class 5th and 7th with firm warnings. Incidents logged.
* Track left at 11:15am, no issues.
* Stephanie Lewis and Analecia Masten were taken to get food by Tanee. Tanee explained she
didnt know, and it wouldnt happen again.
* Students given lunch detention, and parents called and informed. All three warned if any
further issues, then they will be suspended.
* IEP meeting for Issac.
* Site council meeting.
* Michael Searles mom arrived after school at bus ramp upset about Mr. Johnson mistreating
his son in class.

4/27 Notes:
* Management Team Meeting
* Addressed parent concern about burnt down shop buildings
* Email sent to Mr. Johnson to contact concerned parent.
* Mr. Hill not at school. Teachers helped on prep periods.
* Spoke to several students about cutting 6th period.
* Spoke to Joe Marshall finalizing Fish Fair concerns.
* Collaboration:
- Fish Fair questions and prep
- Management meeting update
- Negotiations questions and answers
- Behavioral Health Drug use presentation
- Follow up questions.
4/28 Notes:
* Fish fair set up issues
* Bleachers on stage not working will not pull out, Walt called.
* 9:30 meeting for bullying issues. 3 girls, 3 parents, school counselor and myself mediated
meeting. Restorative process implemented. Issue resolved.
* Groups of student roving halls, ditching classes due to fish fair. All students directed back to
classrooms. Those who refused were given cuts and parent were called.
* Spent most of day roving hallways and directing traffic, students and community members.
* Confiscated small pocket knife from student, returned after school, informed not to bring
knives on campus.
* Health with disrespect issues between two students and teacher, Resolved.
