Performed stakeholder review for Statement of Requirements documents which provided the
technical basis for the quotation process and subsequent call off contracts
Served as Technical Lead for review and ranking of all four wellhead supplier quotations submitted
per the Global Agreement updates for wellhead equipment
Provided Provisional Acceptance Notice (PAN) letters to suppliers to enable ex-works release of
equipment
Created a PAN tracker spreadsheet to capture all essential information on BP's SharePoint site,
including supplier part and serial number, PAN number, Third Party Inspection certificate
information, contract dates, release dates, along with supplier and BP unique document package
numbers for each part
Took over existing GE Oil & Gas call offs for the Shah Deniz project in a 2012 transitional period with
priorities governed by VP levels of both parties, culminating with five month average late delivery to
contract dates which continued to meet the operational needs of the project. Second phase of
project call offs were executed completely within the delivery teams noted above with an overall
90% on-time delivery to contract dates, and closed out completely within one month of the contract
date.
