My Essential Skills & Duties as a Projects Document Controller Tasks;

Maintain controlled documentation using documentation management system including conducting day-to-day document quality
checks, maintenance and version control of electronic and paper documents and monitoring electronic folder structure in order to
ensure alignment to the organizations requirements.
Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial
Experience with Electronic Data Management Systems, such as Master Control is a plus.
Collect soft and hard copy documents and scan and upload documents in the system as per the established procedures and ensure
that records are captured and managed according to relevant standards and best business practices.
Participate in the implementation of established documentation procedures.
Work under general supervision of DC Lead assisting in the maintenance of project engineering and vendor document files in both
electronic and hard copy media and processes.
Main the files and control logs as required by the project, prepares engineering project reports, as may be required.
Performs document quality check in accordance to Company engineering document control procedures.
Track progress and record tasks for all activities, report status of all ongoing activities to Program Manager on a daily basis.
Provide support to the Project Staff including receiving, logging, filing, tracking, expediting, and distribution of correspondence,
submittals, RFIs, and other Construction Project Controls/Quality Control documentation.
Ensures proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving.
Controls issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of proper document registers for detail engineering or
construction engineering project and information is accurate and up to date.
Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors
and suppliers as applicable.
Ensures documents requiring approval utilize established approved procedures.
Reviews and documents the restrictions and obligations included in agreements with local contracting units.
Monitors contract compliance activities utilizing Service Point documentation and advanced reporting capabilities.
Functions as the divisional liaison with vendors and state administrators and local units on all Service Point related matters.
Facilitates changes within defined record management and maintenance requirements of the quality system documentation and
