Context of the lesson
The fifth lesson in Parade 5, unit 3 Let's Eat.
Teaching goals:
To develop students writing skills.
To teach the vocabulary of some food containers and how to spell it.
To identify food containers according their shapes.
Learning objectives Students will be able to:

Pronounce and write correctly some food containers like : bunch, box, cartoon, head,
bag, bottle, can, glass, pot and cup.
Write a full sentences with using food containers like: A box of cookies, a cup of tea.
Match the food container with the correct food.
Assumptions about prior learning:
Students already took some vocabulary like carrot, lettuce, tea, cup, so I have to teach them
to use it in food containers.
Anticipated problems and possible solutions:

Students may dont understand the food container, so I will make sure use pictures to help
them understand the meaning.
PowerPoint may not work so I will bring my iPad in case I need it.
Personal focus for this lesson:
I will focus on my voice because I'm sick and I have to raise my voice to make all students
hear me.
