From its inception in 1972, GT has been
continuously pushing the two-wheeled boundaries.
Since building their first bike in a garage in

Southern California, GTs mission has been
consistently clear: the relentless pursuit to develop

SUSPENSION.
Energy is a terrible thing to waste. GTs exclusive A.O.S. system
delivers the most efficient pedaling design available, so you can
drop the hammer without worrying about losing energy to every
obstacle you come across. Better rolling performance means you
can attack climbs, descents and flats with more power than ever.
Maintain contact: Keep your wheels on the ground not in the

airwith A.O.S. The system is centred on a high main-pivot that
creates a rearward wheel path optimised to absorb bumps and
improve rollover momentum.
Roll with it: A.O.S. achieves smoother pedaling over any terrain
by separating pedaling forces from the suspension movement.
Our system integrates the PathLink linkage system to minimise
unwanted chain growth, pedal-bob, and manage the BB path.

Simplicity, efficiency and durability. Its a simple idea:
Independent Drivetrain Suspension is GTs most tunable and
durable suspension platform. It offers more efficient pedaling by
isolating the suspension forces from the drivetrain. A one-piece
rear triangle paired with a progressive suspension-rate design
(+10%) helps it take punishment like a pro.
Use the force: To maintain the most technical lines the rear wheel
must respond to the terrain with ID tuned for bump compliance
and large impacts.
Easy Setup: With easy access to the shock and simple setup
guidelines you will be shredding in no time.

EXPANDING INNOVATION HELPED US

CREATE A SIMPLER FRAME PIVOT.
LOCKR does more with less: The LOCKR Axle System threads into
the frame and expands until they lock in place. GTs thru-axle
technology for frame pivots replaces traditional and heavier pinch
bolts and hardware.
Expanding axle: LOCKRs pivot system expands within itself and

locks in place, much like some front fork thru axles.
Fewer parts, less weight: LOCKR reduces required parts, making

the system 10% lighter than traditional pinch bolt systems.
Simply stiffer: By expanding the axle on both sides into the

frame, torque is transmitted equally across all surface areas,
increasing stiffness by 6%.
Easy access: LOCKR features a simplified, non-proprietary design

thats quickly adjusted in the field with a common multi-tool.

over two decades. The smaller rear triangle is designed to reduce
unwanted frame flex, improve acceleration and add comfort.
On every ride, youll also discover greater rigidity, improved
responsiveness and more precise wheel tracking. With GTs Triple
Triangle Frame Design, good things come in threes.
Extra points: The seat stays dual contact points on the top tube
and seat tube create a smaller rear triangle that increases power
delivery to the rear wheel.
Go wide: The Triple Triangle design also creates a wider stance for
increased torsional rigidity, improved tyre clearance and enhanced
handling precision.
Ride On: The triple triangle has multiple connection points that
disperse vibrations throughout the whole frame vs. just the seat
tube.

As suggested by dual, these seat stays are a composite of two
lightweight and ultra stiff materials: a composite glass fiber
and carbon. The solid core provides incredible rigidity, and the
carbon outer layer acts as added vibration dampening. In the
end, you have a bike that gives the rider a lot more control and a
lot less fatigue on the ride.
