CITY SPECIFIC AGREEMENT ATTACHMENT

Presentation Location: Koh Samui-Thailand

Package offered: 4 to 7 Nights
Qualification Requirements:
a. Married and cohabiting, same sex couples both must be between the ages of 30 65; and with a
combined annual income greater than 30,000 Euros; Cohabitating/same sex couples must have been
living together for more then 2 years. NO SINGLES
b. If a generated Tour is married or has a significant other, both partners and/or spouses must be present at
the Presentation to be Qualified and together will be considered one Qualified Tour.
c. For identification purposes, each Qualified Tour must possess, and present at the Presentation, a valid
drivers license or passport and a major credit card.
d. The Tour may not have attended a Presentation for a similar product or service offered by Absolute
Development Corporation within the prior 18-month period or more than twice in a lifetime. Cannot be
current owners.
e. This is a timeshare presentation. Presentation time is approximately 90-120 minutes.
f. Clients will be housed at:
Absolute Q Signature Spa & Resort-studio or 1 bdrm apartment

g. All clients must be understand and speak English, Mandarin, French, German, Norwegian or Dutch
fluently.
h. Quinnellas, honeymooners and vacation ownership employees will not be accepted.

i. Pay for Qualified tour: Pay for Qualified tour: You will be charged $25.00 per booking.
Minimum stay is 4 nights. Maximum stay is 7 nights
j. Package is valid for 2 adults and 2 children (ages 4 to 12) Additional charges apply for extra adults or
children over the age of 12. Additional charge amounts will be supplied prior to your acceptance of the
reservation. Charges vary based on travel dates. Children under 3 years of age and younger are not
accepted on tour.
k. Saturday arrivals are preferred, but some exceptions can be made.
l. Cancels/reschedules must be made at lease 14 days in advance.
m. Reservations should be made at least 21 days in advance and no more than 6 months away from arrival
date.
n. Guest credit card must be provided upon booking/guest credit card will be charged for any late
cancels/reschedules and hotel no shows. If credit card is not provided marketer will be charged for all
fees.

o. Guest will pay an incidentals over the basic room cost such as, but not limited to, room tax, phone calls,
meals, key deposit, roll-a-way beds and transportation.
