A. It is necessary to be cautious of the unhealthy ingredients in diet pills.
Sleep plays a more important role in our health than most people realize.
1. Sleep plays a key role in memory formation.
2. Lack of sleep has been linked to risky behaviors.
3. Sleep deprivation also increases likelihood of obesity.

B. Thesis: People should be ensuring they get a proper amount of sleep
each night because sleep deprivation leads to harmful long lasting
effects on the body.

II. Sleep deprivation causes a multitude of effects on health outside of feeling
