Managing the floor while having my own section or bartending. Micros POS experience; including
programing, ordering, scheduling, hiring, P and L, inventory, costing, training, cash handling, and
serving food and drinks while making sure of the quality of product.

Manager/Bartender/Tour Guide June 2013 to January 2015


Rogue Farms, Hopyard (Rogue Ales) Independence OR
Ran all day to day operations, ordering, hiring, firing, scheduling. All while serving and making drinks,
serve food, handle cash, use POS system, setup and cleanup of catering events.
I was also the tour guide, I told people the history of the farm and took them through a walking tour
around the farm.

after a little over a year to just server/bartender till I left.

As a banquet manager I was in charge of all serving staff for continental breakfast and for catered
events. Hiring, training, scheduling and unfortunately when needed, the terminating of staff. I was
also in charge of ordering and inventory of liquor. Also over seeing anything that had to do with
events, such as the kitchen and making sure things were scheduled back there, and helping out when
not.

Scheduling, inventory and interviewing/hiring for the lounge. All managers also worked MOD shifts,
at this time I was in charge of everything going on during my shift, the restaurant, lounge, banquets,
bars, kitchen line and events in banquets. I would walk through with every departments closer to check
them out.
*I also organized promotional events with radio stations, and brought the sales to a record high for our
property.
