On arrival to IIT Campus, you have to contact Hostel management office (OHM) during working hours of the office between 9 am and 5.30 pm. After the office hours, you can contact the security desk stationed at Hostel Management office and show your call letter for identification along with a copy of the photo ID card. You will have to make the Payment and You will have to fil the data sheet available with security desk. Then you will be directed to go to the hostel where accommodation is available. After proceeding to the hostel you have to produce the receipt given by the Hostel management office for allocation of room, You will be provided basic amenities like cot, chair and table, You will have to make your ‘own arrangement for locks, bedding etc.,. The accommodation is available only for the day of interview and the previous day. Avoid prolonging your stay due to non availability of retum joumey ticket or for any other reasons. Since we have only limited number of rooms in the hostels you will be provided only shared room accommodation. Note that the accommodation is restricted only to candidate and there is no provision for accompany parents/guests and avoid last minute embarrassment.
