Personality Development
2nd Trimester, AY 2016-2017
General Guidelines:
Each student will create his/her own scrapbook that shows his/her development as a
person. The student must provide pictures per stage of development.
The size of the scrapbook must be 8.5 x 11. You may present your scrapbook in
portrait or landscape orientation.
You must design your scrapbook based on your preferred theme. Bear in mind that
the scrapbook shows your development as a person. Therefore, it should represent
your personality following your preferred theme.
You must have a cover based on your preferred theme. The first page of
your scrapbook should be the title page that includes the following;
Title (You should think of your own title)
Name and Section
Name of Professor
o This stage presents your life as a grade 1 to grade 3 student. You just
started formal education.
o Present this stage by answering the following questions:
When you were in grade 1, what does your uniform looks like?
(Provide a drawing or a picture).
Were you able to wear your uniform on your own, or did somebody
help you?
Name three significant people in this stage of your life and describe
why they are significant to you?
What was your hobby during this stage?
How often do you pray?
How do you perceive God at this stage?
Name three significant events at this stage of your life and explain
why they are significant to you?
Explain what you want to become and why you want to be that
person? (Only if it is different from your dream in the previous stage)
VII. Letters
o Allot a section for letters on your scrapbook. Show your scrapbook to at
least three friends, and ask them to write a letter to you.
o Ask at least one member of your family to write a letter for you.
(Preferably your parent). Include it in your scrapbook.
