Dear Mr. Litwin,

The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) is pleased to inform
you that Metros Board of Directors concurs with staffs recommendation to award this contract
to L&R Group of Companies DBA Joes Auto Parks in the firm fixed price of $8,388,277.

However, your firm is not authorized to begin work until all contract contingencies are satisfied
and you have a fully executed contract. A kick-off meeting has been tentatively scheduled on
Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. on the 9th Floor of Metros headquarters.
