Reg: Introduction of uniform inspection report format

Different Zones are using different formats for inspection reports and there is no
uniformity in the reports.
Since inspection of the unit is one of the most important tools of monitoring, a strong
need is felt to come out with uniform inspection format covering all the relevant
points.
Accordingly, our higher authorities have approved inspection report formats as
under to be implemented immediately:

1) Pre Inspection Report


2) Inspection Report for Working Capital Accounts
3) Inspection Report for Projects Under Implementation
4) Inspection Report for existing term loans.
The formats are enclosed as Annexure A, B C & D respectively. In the Inspection
reports for projects under implementation and term loans, we have added columns
for Road Project also.
Introduction of the same will bring uniformity in approach and inspection reports
received could be used as an effective monitoring tool.

Hence you are advised to implement the same with immediate effect.
