Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to analyze
why you think it worked well and what hints you would share with other teachers
about the successful strategy/ resource/activity/management style etc.

The one aspect that did very well is the Counting sticks, because it was easy, and at the
same time they could practice in counting. The strategy that I used is the eye contact.
Because they were not a challenging behavior everyone was busy in counting. So it goes

Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires attention.

Discuss what the problem was, why it occurred and what action you intend to
take to be more successful in the next lesson.

The one activity thats required my attention is the Matching numbers, because it was
difficult for the children, they didnt play this kind of game before. So, or the next lesson I will
try to play these kinds of games with them. So, they have an idea for the next time.

Personal focus for next lesson:

Monitor students errors and misconceptions and help to remedy them, because I observe
that some children need my help. I will make sure to not make the class teacher center. I
will try to choose some children to help their classmates.
