Faktor-faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Stroke di Ruang

Neurologi RSU Mayjen H.A Thalib Kerinci tahun 2016

ABSTRAK

WHO menyatakan bahwa lebih dari 60% penderita stroke, di Indonesia sebesar
12,1%. Berdasarkan data dari DINKEs Prov Jambi sebanyak 28,3%. Data yang di
dapat RSU Mayjen H.A Thalib Kerinci pada tahun 2015 pasien stroke menempati
urutan ke-1 dari 10 penyakit tidak menular (PTM) yaitu 20,6% atau sekitar 612
penderita stroke. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang
berhubungan dengan kejadian stroke di Ruang Neurologi RSU Mayjen H.A
Thalib Kerinci tahun 2016.
Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional study.
Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada bulan April sampai September 2016,di RSU
Mayjen H.A Thalib Kerinci. Populasi adalah seluruh pasien stroke sebanyak 210
orang, cara pengambilan sampel Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel
sebanyak 68 orang. Pengumpulan data sekunder dan data primer, data dianalisa
menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat kemudian diuji dengan statistikchi-
square.
Hasil penelitian di dapatkan bahwa 61,8% responden mengalami stroke berat,
69,1% responden mengalami hipertensi, 58,8% responden mengalami obesitas,
67,6% responden tidak rutin melakukan aktifitas fisik. Hasil uji statistic
menggunakan uji chi-square di dapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan yang
bermakna antara menggunakan hipertensi (p=0,000) dan aktifitas fisik (p=0,000)
dengan kejadian stroke.
Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor yang dapat berhubungan
dengan kejadian stroke adalah hipertensi dan aktifitas fisik. Diharapkan perawat
dapat memberikan informasi kepada pasien tentang stroke, dengan cara konseling
ataupun penyuluhan yang diberikan secara langsung kepada pasien sehingga hasil
penelitian selanjutnya akan semakin baik serta dapat memperoleh pengetahuan
yang baru.

ABSTRACT

WHO states that more than 60% of stroke survivors, in Indonesia amounted to
12.1%.Based on date from Jambi provincial health office as much as 28.3%. Data
obtained RSU Mayjen H.A thalib Kerinci in 2016 patients with stroke ranks one
of the 10 non-communicable diseases (NCDs), ie 20.6%, or approximately 612
stroke patients. The aim of this research is to determine the factors associated
with the occurrence of stroke in Neurology Lounge RSU Mayjen H.A Thalib
Kerinci in 2016.
This research is descriptive analytic cross sectional study design. This study was
carried out from April to September 2016, at the RSU Mayjen H.A Thalib Kerinci
in 2016. The population of stroke patients as many as 210 people, sampling
technique accidental sampling with a sample size of 68 people. The collection of
secondary data and primary data, the data were analyzed using univariate and
bivariate then tested by chi-square statistic.
The results showed that 61.8% of respondents experienced a severe stroke, 69.1%
of respondents had hypertension, 67.6% of respondents tensis routinely perform
physical activity. Statistical test results using the chi-square test showed that there
is a significant association between the use of hypertension (p = 0.000) and
physical activity (p = 0.000) and the incidence of stroke.
The conclusion in this study are the factors that may be associated with the
incidence of stroke is hypertension, obesity, and physical activity.Expected nurses
can bring information to patients onstroke by means of counseling or conseling
given directly to the patient so that the result of further research will be better and
can gain new knowledge
