Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to
analyze why you think it worked well and what hints you would share
with other teachers about the successful strategy/
resource/activity/management style etc.

The behavior of the student, before any activity I remember the children
my role in class and anyone dont follow the role will be removed from the
praise list. I prefer teacher always remind the children the role of the class
and reward the children who are listen and follow the role this will be really
successful strategy.

Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires


attention. Discuss what the problem was, why it occurred and what
action you intend to take to be more successful in the next lesson.

Actually, the problem was I choose big group to do the activity and the
children was really noisy ,because, I didnt organize before that and this is
first time I use large group in activity and that was hard to me.

Personal focus for next lesson:

Next time I will choose small group for each activity, to more organize and I
will have more control on that.
