Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to
analyze why you think it worked well and what hints you would share
with other teachers about the successful strategy/
resource/activity/management style etc.

Students were engaged in the lesson and I think that what I did well was explaining the
activities and giving the students a clear instructions before they starts because all of the students was
able to do the activities and also they were disciple because I applied different strategies and the most
effective strategy that worked well for me was the positive reinforcement strategy. This strategy helped
me to manage students behavior.

Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires

attention. Discuss what the problem was, why it occurred and what
action you intend to take to be more successful in the next lesson.

One aspect that did not went well with me that I concentrated on the red group while they
were working and I did not pay attention to the other groups and in this way I missed the
chance to assets them and to check their understanding.

Personal focus for next lesson:

When I will teach next time I will walk between the groups while they are working and I will
help them equally to avoid spending the time with one group.
