begin its journey towards fullness, The SIBOL
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM for Emerging
Leaders seeks to do the same by nourishing
sophomores, juniors and non-graduating
seniors who have shown great potential in
becoming competent leaders in their
organizations. The SIBOL LDP thus aims to equip
its participant students the necessary concepts,
skills and learning experiences to herald their
organizations to greatness.
