nothing!better!than!a!hot!sub!late!at!night!when!studying!(except!maybe!pizza,!their!main!
competitors).!

! They!will!be!working!out!of!a!large!apartment.!They!have!been!working!on!the!
process!of!making!a!sandwich.!Orders!will!arrive!via!email.!Harry!will!preBprocess!each!
orderthis!takes!1!minute.!Harry!will!then!prep!the!sandwich:!slice!the!meat!and!cheese!
and!assemble!these!ingredients!on!the!subthis!takes!4!minutes.!Harry!is!convinced!that!
part!of!the!quality!is!fresh!slicing!the!ingredients.!!

! Next!Sam!will!put!the!sub!into!the!oven!!this!takes!him!about!1!minute.!The!oven!is!
a!marvel.!Subs!enter!at!one!end!and!then!move!along!a!conveyor!and!come!out!the!other!
end,!perfectly!baked.!The!oven!can!hold!up!to!10!sandwiches!at!a!time.!It!takes!8!minutes!to!
finish!baking!the!sub.!!

! Sam!then!takes!the!baked!sandwiches!and!tops!them!with!lettuce,!tomato,!onion!and!
of!course!their!secret!sauce!(a!combination!of!horseradish,!sour!cream,!and!tobasco)this!
takes!Sam!3!minutes!per!sandwich.!He!then!leaves!them!on!the!counter!to!rest!for!7!
additional!minutes.!If!the!sandwich!is!wrapped!too!quickly!after!baking!the!bread!will!
become!soggy.!
