How to use phoenix?

1.0 FILL IN CDG

1. Fill in the online google form for client data gathering ( link-

2. The customer will be assigned a customer ID and assigned to you on phoenix.

1.1 SEND INITIAL QUOTE

1. Click on launch IQ app, make quote on IQ publish.


2. Quote will be converted to PDF and saved under quotations in customer dashboard on phoenix.
3. Click on send to customer
4. Follow above 3 steps for revision of initial quote.

Quote will be approved by customer, and further initial quotes for the particular customer cannot be published from IQ

1.2 COLLECT 10%

1. Once initial quote is approved, fill in transactions for 10%. Following are the steps-
A. Go to new transaction click on + sign.
B. Fill in the fields marked with an asterix (*)
2. Finance team shall verify the payment and approve the transaction.

1.3 INFORMATION GATHERING

1. Once 10% is approved, go to customer details on customer dashboard, fill in the following-
A. Personal information- Customer information, Alternate contact no, Current residential address.
B. Project/ site details- site address and property details
C. Rooms- select the rooms which are in the scope of work.
D. Room details- fill in all the room details pertaining to each room selected.

Please note: selecting rooms and filling the required information will create separate folders on phoenix which is useful
for the production folder upload later.

1.4 FINAL MEASUREMENT COMPLETED

1. Select this option once the final measurement is completed. This requires site visit check-in and the respective checklist and
selfie to be uploaded in scrapbook named with the site visit name and date. Ex: D1_14.03.2016

Unless this step is completed IQ will not be able to generate the revised quote.

1.5 DESIGN AND QUOTE REVISED/PROJECT REVIEW COMPLETED/ FINAL QUOTE SENT

1. For this step, after the design revisions go to IQ, revise the quote, it will be published. This has to be sent to review to your
internal buddy/design manager. Post which it is sent to customer.
2. When clicked on send to customer, go to the bottom of the draft mail, select chose files and add the final design sign off
PDF. ( please note this file should be less than 5m in size)
3. Once customer approves this quote and design status will be updated to FINAL QUOTE APPROVED.

1.6 COLLECT 40%

1. Follow the same steps as collect 10%. Once this is approved, works contract needs to be generated.
2. Click on the + sign next to generate works contract, fill in all the fields marked with an asterix (*) and send to customer.

Once the customer approves the works contract project status on customer dashboard will move to project review signed
off.
1.7 PROJECT REVIEW SIGNED OFF

1. Once this step is completed, go to artifacts and upload the files.

Unless this stage is completed the production team will not be able to access the files.
