Areas of strength:

1. Did a fantastic job working with the Possum Pals Summer Camp program and teaching the children. They
enjoyed having her as the instructor and teaching them new games, etc. that were both fun and educational.

2. Able to work with the public and explain what their animal was, how we would treat it, what the final outcome
most likely would be, and what they could do to help injured wildlife they encountered in the future.

3. Definitely enjoyed teaching and working with the public, explaining about conservation and the environment,
and getting people interested in helping to save wildlife and preserve natural habitats.

Areas where improvement is needed:

1. Continue working with the animals if they are to be used as part of the programs and presentations to be more
at ease when handling them.

2. Her confidence increased continuously as she worked with the various birds and animals. The more she did,
the better she became, and the easier it was to handle them.

3. Believing in herself - that she was quite capable of dealing with the public, always able to answer the questions
professionally, and did a wonderful job as an environmental education instructor!
