Introduction:
Homicide is a generic term to describe when one
person kills another person, regardless if it was
intentional, unintentional, pre-meditated, or not
pre-meditated.
Homicide is the killing of a person which does not
constitute parricide, infanticide, or murder and it
is not attended by any justifying circumstances.
This could be committed by culpa or dolo. (revised
penal code 249)
