TRUSTEES
DSP BlackRock Trustee Company Private Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956,
is the trustee for the Fund vide the Trust Deed dated December 16, 1996. The shareholding pattern of the
Trustee is as follows: BlackRock Advisors Singapore Pte. Ltd.(a wholly owned subsidiary of BlackRock
Inc.) holds 49%, DSP ADIKO Holdings Pvt. Ltd holds 34% and the balance 17% is held by DSP HMK
Holdings Pvt. Ltd.
